 Broadcast and Sound Engineering Technician

We are seeking technician to operate our broadcasting equipment, record, synchronize, mix, or reproduce talk programming, music, voice, or sound effects in our internet broadcasting studio.

QUALIFICATIONS: Licensing is not required for broadcast technicians. However, proof of a completed course in audio engineering or certification by the Society of Broadcast Engineers is a mark of competence and experience.

 Audio Editor/Engineer

We are seeking an audio editing technician to operate familiar with the operation of audio editing software, including microphones, monitors, projectors, video monitors, and recording equipment. Applicant should also be familiar with equipment wiring and cabling and the et up and operations or sound and mixing boards and related electronic equipment for remote broadcast, meetings and conventions, presentations, and news conferences.

 Call Screener

The production department is seeking a part-time switchboard operator for a variety of task related to our “PBX" and call stacker systems to relay incoming, outgoing, and interoffice calls. In addition, frequently handle other clerical duties, such as supplying information, taking messages, greeting, processing proper and improper calls and announcing studio visitors.

QUALIFICATIONS: 
The position is an entry-level telephone operator opportunity. The applicant may receive both classroom and on-the-job instruction prior to being hired, that can last a couple of weeks and paired with experienced personnel who provide hands-on instruction.

 Social Science Media Researcher/Analyst

The applicant must provide our talk show host will relevant research data, which provides insights into the different ways individuals, groups, and institutions, make decisions, exercise power, and respond to change.  Guest Coordinator

We are seeking a coordinator who can use technology to enhance the orientation to broadcasting process for studio guest. They must monitor and evaluate guest behavior, make modifications, in preparation for on air appearances. In addition, instructional coordinators might recommend installing educational software, such as interactive books and exercises designed to enhance production literacy and develop personality awareness for the guest client.

In addition to developing a learning curriculum and instructional materials, the instructional coordinator also must plan and provide on site education for show host and producers. Instructional coordinators mentor new guest and train experienced ones.
